At Accelerated Appraisal Group, we are committed to providing you with high-quality appraisal services. Below are our policies related to refunds, shipping, returns, cancellations, and credit card charges:
1. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: Once appraisal services are rendered, the appraisal fee is non-refundable. The fee is not subject to final loan approval or a guarantee of a mortgage loan.
Cancellation Prior to Services Rendered: If the appraisal order is cancelled before any services are performed, a full refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.
Cancellation After Services Rendered: If services have been initiated, the refund will be issued minus any fees for work completed up to that point.
2. Shipping or Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods: Appraisal reports will be delivered digitally, typically via email or an online portal. Hard copy reports may be shipped upon request for an additional fee.
Delivery Times: The appraisal report will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, which is typically within 2 business days from the completion of the appraisal inspection.
Shipping Rates: If a physical copy is requested, shipping rates will apply based on the destination.
Eligible Destinations: We offer appraisal services to clients in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas and ensure timely delivery of the report to any specified email address.
3. Return Policy and Process
Return Conditions: Due to the nature of appraisal services, we do not accept returns of completed appraisal reports. However, if there is a material error in the appraisal report, customers should contact us within 21 for review and resolution.
Return Process: If a return is applicable due to an error in the report, please contact our support team at orders@aag-amc.com. We will review the issue and take corrective actions, including issuing a revised report if necessary.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Appraisal Orders: You may cancel your appraisal order at any time before services are rendered. To cancel, please notify us at orders@aag-amc.com immediately.
Cancellation Fees: If the cancellation occurs after services have started, a portion of the fee may be withheld to cover the work performed up to that point. In the case of a cancellation before services begin, a full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
5. Credit Card Authorization
By submitting your credit card information, you authorize Accelerated Appraisal Group to charge your card for the appraisal report as disclosed.
You acknowledge that once appraisal services are completed, the fee is non-refundable.
If the appraisal order is cancelled before services are initiated, a full refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
If services have begun, you will be refunded minus any fees for work already completed.
Cancellation Fees: You may be subject to fees incurred prior to cancellation if the appraisal order is cancelled after services have commenced.
